Important intake requirements

Please review these important details before submitting an intake or preparing for move-in.

  • We do not accept collect calls. Communication is welcome by email or direct mail.
  • We are unable to assist with signing or completing paperwork.
  • All residents must arrive with documentation fully completed and verified.
Pre-qualification may include:
  • Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)
  • Veterans Disability
  • Pension or Retirement benefits
  • U.S. citizenship for individuals age 62 and older
  • Legal blindness or permanent disability status
Before arrival: Kal Associates will verify eligibility, schedule move-in, and ensure the intake form and agreement are signed prior to arrival.
