KAL Home was created for Re-entry and Senior residents — with room for Veterans — who need more than just a bed. We offer a safe, calm house where people can land, reset, and take their next steps with dignity.
We saw too many people leaving systems or aging in place with nowhere calm, safe, and human-sized to live.
KAL Home is part of KAL Associates, a for-profit organization with a community heart. We focus on people who are often between systems — coming home after incarceration, growing older, or navigating life as a Veteran.
Large facilities and unstable housing can be overwhelming. We wanted a different option: a smaller house, fewer people, and clear expectations — so everyone in the home can feel safer, sleep better, and have space to figure out their next steps.
Our approach is simple: a clean, calm environment, predictable routines, and honest, respectful communication with residents, families, and partners.
We build our house culture around a few simple, non-negotiable values.

We meet people where they are, without shame. Re-entry, aging, and service-related challenges all deserve compassion and dignity.

KAL Home sits in the middle — between residents, families, case managers, and community organizations.
We make the move-in process as clear and low-stress as possible, while being honest about what life in the house looks like.
We welcome referrals from justice partners, hospitals, churches, and community organizations who need a stable placement.
